Oswestry LJC agreed to fund a tactile bronze interpretation panel for Oswestry Town Green (now known as Wilfred Owen Green). Leisure and Outdoor Recreation Dept., Shropshire Council are working with the Sight Loss Opportunity Group and the artist on this project.
