This popular nursery would like funds to add a covered walkway and new entrance to the rear elevation of the buiding. The current entrance is in the same area as the toilets and during handover it is possible that privacy is violated. A parent has offered to do a lot of the work and the labour cost is to be offset against childcare fees. This would improve the facility and give the children a safer place to enjoy learning. This grant has been ringfenced pending evidence that other funding has been received. |

| Ellesmere Bowling Club has 93 members playing at league level. They need to replace 1 lighting pillar due to deterioration. The replacement will be galvanised and hinged to enable easier access for bulb changing. The aim is that this will be part of an ongoing project with energy savings expected. | |||

The group have funded a sensory bubble tube and have found that the sensory and tactile equipment is a good means of communication with the 52 children that use the 2-4 year olds room. | Criftins Parish Hall committee has recently worked in partnership with their community and facilitated the incorporation of The Post Office within the hall site. The Post Office will cover the cost of an alarm system. This will decrease the cost of future maintenance. | |||
